【Rather discouraging, but it is DEFINITELY something for everyone here to bear in mind!!!】 I use my petition to attach to my email to prove the target bodies how many people are concerned. My personal view from own experience ー Effective EMAIL CAMPAIGN works better, quicker!! Its more of a direct action, too. Petition alone is very weak. Needless to say, bad petitions with poor letter are waste of time as they wont take it seriously!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. PLEASE USE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY FOR THINGS WHICH INDEED HELPS ANIMALS ONLY! If each ARAs takes up a cause and really concentrates on their project, it WILL make a difference, Im sure.
