Re reading this classic book on the science of strength training. This had a profound impact on me when I read it in 1995 and it pulled together all the info I had managed to distill from reading lay journals and magazine articles for years. If you havent read it and are truly a student of strength youre doing yourself a great injustice. It makes it VERY clear how to train for which specific goal you are shooting for.
