Reaching out to our supporters for Onyx. He spent 3 weeks in boarding when he first came from AC and was a happy, healthy, and truly perfect dog... Walked great on leash and was fully housebroken.... He spent 4 months in a foster home and this past weekend was picked up for an adoption event.... Instead of returning to his foster, we brought him back to boarding.... Heartbroken, uncomfortable, and looking at least 8 years old when he isnt yet 2. Double ear infections in both ears, skin infections, excessive weight gain, fly dermatitis (fly bites) have wrecked the outside of his ear flaps. We had skin scrapes, cytology, etc.... All done to find out what indeed was wrong with our sweet boy.... When they vet saw him in a back area of the office... He came into the exam room alone with me and said... What has happened to this dog??? We saw him in May at 18 months old.... He is like a different dog!!! Please we have to get our sweet Onyx back to his former glory... Sadly he even needs his teeth cleaned.... His once shining white teeth are now slimy yellow... We have paid his vet bill which was in the hundreds of dollars.... Please if you can spare even a few dollars toward this sweet boys care and boarding expense until we can get him back to the Onyx he deserves to be.... We are a state non-profit, not yet a 501c3.... So we know some will choose not to help since it isnt a tax deduction.... But please, please... Help us help Onyx!!!! Our Paypal address is sebringangels@gmail
