Hello friends, my name is Onkar and I a 28 year old man from Toronto, Ontario. As a first time hair donor, I happily donated over 15 inches of my hair, exceeding my goal by over two inches. Interestingly, after growing my hair for nearly four years, my sister had cut my ponytail in less than four minutes. I am very excited to finally be able to donate my hair after having wanting to do this for several years. When I started growing my hair, I never imagined it would take this long, but it has definitely been worth it! I chose the Angel Hair for Kids program, as I wanted to bring back a feeling of joy to a child. To the recipient, I hope my donated hair will help give you a sense of happiness and confidence. I hope you are able to fully experience all the wonders of your childhood. Ive enjoyed my hair; now it is your turn to enjoy it and create beautiful memories. For those still deciding whether to donate their hair or not, I strongly encourage you to go for it. It’s definitely a rewarding experience! I sincerely thank my family and all my friends for their encouragement, support and compliments while I grew my hair. After donating my hair, I have been overwhelmed with the positive out pour from everybody.
