Read and declare to ignore the wrong perception about the Trinity. (P3). Theme: THE TRINITY. Is Jesus Christ God? This is the main question many critics ask Christians. These people have no good intention for asking that question. Beware of such voice! It is the voice of the devil. Jh. 8:44. If you answer them, “Yes” they will say, but the Bible says Jesus Christ is the son of God or son of man! They didnt know on earth He appeared as the son of God or man but in heaven as integral part of God. Some of them ask, “Has God sacrificed Himself to appease Himself?” Beware of this question too! They are not interested in knowing the truth because they have already made up their minds. What they didnt know and will not know is that the word “God” is not a name or a source of one thing but a tittle of the Supreme Being; because God is bigger than a name. Exod. 3:13,14. In the original Hebrew context, the word “Elohim” which was translated into English as “God” is not a name but a standard tittle. Basically, it means, “Mighty or Almighty.” The word usually occur in the form called “plural of majesty” or “plural of intensity.” It is in contrast to a normal plural “gods” such as the false gods mentioned in 1 Kings 19:2. The Hebrew uses this plural to mean “The Fullness of Deity.” Or Supreme Being (very God). The plural nature of the title God was revealed as Spirit (Holy Spirit) and Word (Jesus Christ). Gen. 1:1-3, John 1:1-5, 14. Now in the Word (Jesus Christ) was Flesh, Life and Light. Jh. 1:4-5. It was only the flesh-part of the Word that was sacrificed for redemption, the forgiveness of sin. Col. 1:14. The Supreme Being is bigger than the title God. And God is bigger than one flesh to sacrifice Himself to appease Himself. “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.” 2Corin. 4:4. Tomorrow we will continue. MEDITATION: Avoid the deception about the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. DECLARATION: I (name), I refuse to be drawn into confusion about who is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ name!!! PRAYER: As you declare, may God of all grace establish you in greater blessings in Jesus Christ name!!!!!!! 1 Pet. 5:10.
