Read and hear me out on this. This is NOT a reflection of the badge or authority. This is a reflection of the person. Theres just NO call for this behavior whether you wear a suit, a jersey, Army fatigues, a badge or casual clothes. A man should NEVER close his fist and hammer a woman like that. UNLESS he is threatened or people around are being threatened for their lives. And to try and intimidate a veteran like that over evidence is even worse. This guy has a really bad character and this should not reflect the Badge in which he represents. It only reflects himself. People need to be held accountable for their actions and start treating people with respect. EVERYONE not just one single side or another!!!
