Reader Sound-off / Voice of the People: The Centralia Police Department recently launched a anti-distracted driving campaign and will have extra patrols out targeting drivers who use cell phones while driving. The Washington Legislatures passed a law a few years ago that gave police the ability to write people who text while driving a $124 ticket. Do you think texting and driving should be against the law? Or do you think a $124 ticket is excessive?
