Reader question: I had to have 2 CAT scans done. One about a week ago and one last night. Before this, I had one in I believe 2008. Im really freaked out about the radiation. Im definitely not getting anymore. Was in the ER last night for severe pain and they gave me morphine through an IV that knocked me out. And now its like I cannot function. Im so exhausted, have a migraine, plus the symptoms Ive been having that they cannot figure out. (Sudden severe reflux and heartburn + chest pain and shortness of breath out of absolutely nowhere) Getting an endoscopy on Thursday and have to eat a radioactive egg. Is there anything at all that I can eat, or supplements I can take to reverse any of the damage from all this? Please do not suggest essential oils of any kind, as I have been extremely sensitive to them and just cannot use them right now in any way. Thank you.
