Reader question: We are on our fourth bout of mastitis. I concede defeat! Shes almost a year old, and I cant go through another bout now that Im back at work. Shes teething, and will go two-three days at a time hardly nursing, which causes the plugged ducts... What do we substitute breastmilk with? My first baby was 9 years ago and homo milk was the way to go. I know recommendations have changed, and we have no issues with allergies. What did everyone transition to? Thanks!
