As a citizen, how do you feel about the conversation between the Washington State Patrol officers over the radio in this video? If you were the officer, how would you have handled this situation? According to the report by the Wenatchee World, the officers caught speeding were from city, county and state law enforcement agencies. From the WW: Officials will be contacting the heads of agencies whose officers were known to have been speeding, and letting those local chiefs determine if this is a violation of their policies. But, according to Bob Calkins, State Patrol spokesman, no tickets will be sent out.
