Reading a report from the newspaper several days ago. Headline reads PUNCHING MOONER TO BE COSTLY Altoona. A central Pennsylvania police officer has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $ 1,000.00 for allegedly punching another man after a concert near Pittsburgh in September. Altoona police Chief Janice Freehling says Fridays plea by 27 year old officer Matthew Plummer will end an internal investigation for which Plummer still faces unspecified discipline. Plummer was off duty September 7th in Hanover Township , Washington County , when police there allege he punched a man who bared his buttocks at a bus that took Plummer , other officers and dispatchers to the Kid Rock concert at First Niagara Pavilion. Plummers attorney had previously argued the officer punched the man in self defense. The other man was fined $ 35.00 for disorderly conduct , and spent several days in the hospital. Now perhaps I missed something in the translation but just how would you possibly feel threatened by an ASS being shown to you ? What , was he being chased by this ass . was it thrown at him , what ? I could barely , pun fully intended, keep from pissing myself from laughing. I will bet that those officers serving with Mr. Plummer are being very kind and respectful to him ever since he was attacked by THE ASS . OMG this was so funny to me.
