Reading the reactions on FB it seems #Fascism has won again today in #Europe...I cant say I am surprised... every year I go back I notice how much more racist and right wing conversations have become... The fascist discourse in Europe is alive and well and it has permeated progressive and leftwing environments. People are helping to carry a right wing message and they dont even know it. This is where the fight starts: recognize what fascism is and where it exists, it might even live in yourself.... Elections serve as a measuring stick for what lives in a society. A healthy society wont give a chance to a right wing power grab. Remember, Hitler was elected too. The electoral process is used to destroy democracy so maybe we shouldnt put all our eggs in that basket...js...
