Reading this morning from Isaiah 25-28 Isaiah 28:13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. We live in a fast food, microwave, nano second society. We get impatient if the computer takes too long to load, or the potato is not cooked perfectly in three minutes. But when it comes to learning the word of God and seeking out the answers to life from the pages of the Bible, it requires time, patience, and endurance. What we find in most Christian circles are baby Christians who are crying out for another bottle or a spiritual pacifier instead of men and women of God with a sincere desire to get all that God has to offer no matter how long or how difficult it becomes. Its time to grow up. Get in Gods word and find what God has for you!
