Well open the store permanently later this month, but we wanted to join the community in celebrating the 116th Annual LoggerRodeo, the oldest July 4th celebration in the State of Washington. While youre here, meet our awesome Woolley Market Culinary Team - Dave Collette and Justin Daniels. Dave is a long-time veteran of the Skagit County culinary scene, with a skill for making the best meat concoctions youve ever tasted. Justin, who has a background in cooperatives and fine dining, is a creative artist with vegetables of all sort, and much more. We will be serving: - Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches made with Washington grass-fed beef (tri-tip steak), Provolone cheese, and Avenue bread - Hempler hot dogs - Red pork, verde chicken, and vegetarian burritos - Traditional tortas - Two-bean chili with Washington grass-fed beef - Ice Cream (Lopez Ice Cream and Whidbey Ice Cream) - Root beer, ginger beer, Italian sodas and lots of other cold drinks - Coffee, latte and espresso (Cafe Vita) - Chips and other snacks Happy Birthday America!
