Ready to up your Crossfit game to a competitive level? Paul Bunyan Crossfit is excited to introduce the Black Diamond level in its Ski Slope system. This advanced level is geared towards experienced athletes that are interested in Crossfit as a competitive sport and will focus on preparing athletes for the Crossfit Open as well as local and regional competitions. Membership in this program includes a comprehensive athletic profile, identification of skill opportunities, custom programming, and coaching. We will also be offering flexible open gym hours and weekly in-house competitive workouts to help athletes reach their maximum potential. We will be having a free information session for members and non-members on Thursday, August 29th at 6:00pm. Come meet our Competition Team Coach as well as other members of the Paul Bunyan coaching staff and find out if you qualify.
