Really encourage people to get along to the Pambula Show AGM. 6.00pm Wednesday 19th March in back room of Pambula Hall. Remember, the Show isnt our Show - its YOUR Show. We do it for you, the community. The more people in the community that get involved, the easier it is to run it, and the less we all have to do. While we need office holders and a committee to meet fairly regularly, we really need people we can call on for a few hours each year in the lead-up to the Show. Some jobs only take a short time, such as moving tables down to the Pavilion, delivering programs to various places, putting up posters or putting out signs, but if the same people have to do all of the small jobs then it is one big job. And if you have any ideas about improving aspects of the Show, theres no better way of making it happen than getting involved.
