Really good phone in on Jeremy Vine today BBC Radio 2 about whether you can have less money but a better quality of life. Its great to actually hear this being discussed. Personally, when I gave up a career in IT 4yrs ago I also started the journey of giving up the grasping and striving for more money and status that had been a large part of my focus. It took time but it completely revolutionised my life, my relationships and my interactions with people day to day. Im constantly inspired by people who live the lives they chose, who make simple choices everyday and for whom health and peace of mind is more important than money. I think Im so fortunate to be around these people; their choices take strength and individuality. If youre thinking that life is hard and the constant striving is wearing you down. Consider your health and know that there are always choices you can make. A simple life can bring you so much happiness. Cxx
