Really proud of my kids! This year was not easy: adverbs, verbs, adjectives, the cell (which mommy again flunked miserably since she still cant tell apart the animal from the vegetable one... LOL), astronomy, ecosystems, couple of centuries of PR History, fractions, division... Lots and lots of hard work, but they never faltered and, more importantly, they never quit! Last night we saw the results of all that hard work and they got their High Honor Medal, plus Physical Ed medal and Mention in Cooperation. To their teachers (Julia Noris, Lucia, Danorys Cruz, Kemerie, Lizarin, their Title I teacher Rosalie, their forever teacher and second mom Edmarie Morales Marrero (that even though she wasnt day-to-day with them was always keeping an eye for them -in the good and in the wild LOL), and to all Centro de Aprendizaje Individualizados teachers, faculty and staff (present and past - Nilsa Vélez-Carrión) THANK YOU!!!! Five years ago we trusted our kids in your hands and we couldnt have hoped for better results... You will be missed, but will always remain a part of our family!!! This is not a goodbye but a see you soon!!! Our love and gratitude with you forever!!!
