Really sick yesterday, and in bed most of the day. Had no coffee in the house this morning, so I just tossed on jeans and a hoodie and gingerly tried the coffee at a local breakfast shop ....and a saxophone started to play As Time Goes By as I took a sip ...and just like that, I was quietly overwhelmed with joy. In spite of struggles over time, in this crazy life that is so daily, little moments like these, where I am reminded of all things blessed and beautiful, I find such complete and utter bliss. God is good ...and so is the coffee. Have a beautiful day, and may the blessings of the season touch you in some special way.
