Really tired of being one of the few people in my department who care about my job. Yes I understand we have all been over worked lately but you have also been compensated for it. So I find it hard to understand why I hear people saying its not a big deal when vendors want to speak to the supervisor about your Behavior or when it is too hard to forward an email to one of your contacts and you pass it off to someone outside of the situation. There are plenty of people out there still looking or a job maybe you should value yours a little bit more.
