Realtors...you ever get that comment that shuts you completely up? Like this one...I disagree with Realtor logic. Its not how fast a home sells that gets you the best price. Its how long it has been been on the market and exposed. Like the longer it is on the market the more people get to see it and the more they will pay for it. I felt like I was being Punked. Does this fall into the category of Positive Thinking ? I couldnt be the one to crush such an incredible theory and dream. So I left it alone.
