This post will also oversee the Front of House operations, including duty managing the shows within the Pavilion Theatre as well as the smooth running of the gift shop, Footlights, so experience within theatre or retail would be an advantage. The position requires a motivated, resourceful individual with good leadership qualities and an ability to oversee staff training in all areas of the business. An understanding of budgets, trading margins and profitability is essential. Due to the nature of the role this position will include some weekend and evening work. Experience of management in the leisure, hospitality or catering industries is essential.
