Recent statement from Defence establishment emboldened government forces ‘Probe will be ordered now to hoodwink people’: Mirwaiz =>While condemning the killing of youth at the hands of government forces in Sopore, Mirwaiz Dr Molvi Muhammad Umar Farooq Monday said that the as a routine matter the government will order a probe into this innocent killing to buy the time and hoodwink people. Mirwaiz told CNS that the statements issued by the Defense Minister of India and GOC 15 Corps Commander have emboldened the government forces to an extent that they kill an innocent without any hitch and hesitation. “Every time an innocent Kashmiri is being martyred, probe is ordered to hoodwink the people. We know what happened to the probes ordered in past. Exactly will happen to the probe that will be ordered now,” he said adding that rather showing restraint, government forces on killing spree.
