Recently, 2 people told me they did not realize I am a Realtor (R) so I tried to write a post explaining what Fred and I do in our real estate investing endeavors. I tried to keep it short and get all the pertinent info in the post but it was still way too long for Facebook. We do intend to write a book and/or start teaching others in the near future (weve already had requests for that) and my post was so long it would have been a good start for that book. lol So I deleted it and saved it elsewhere. So, Yes, I am a licensed Realtor(R) and therefore can assist you with selling or buying your home. Since, in our marketing, we use FIREMAN FRED BUYS HOUSES, Fred is always asked Are you a real fireman? Yes, he is. He is a Lieutenant Firefighter/ Paramedic and I am very proud of him. He is on duty for 24 hour shifts approx 10 days a month. On all the other days we work together in our real estate investing business. Again, I am trying to keep this short so I will suffice it to say we can assist you or someone you know with a property in ANY CONDITION and ANY SITUATION. This means....a house with a sinkhole, a house with mold, a house that the owner stopped paying the mortgage long ago, even a house that is in GREAT condition but the owner doesnt want to deal with listing it and having buyers walking thru, a house that the owner wants to close on in 2 weeks or a house that the owner knows they need to sell but wont be ready till maybe next year. We have done all these deals and more!!
