Recently I had the pleasure of speaking before the Penn State College Republicans. Two weeks before, I spoke to the College Democrats. Both the Republicans and the Democrats were great audiences. Its wonderful to talk with young people who are engaged in our political process and take the time and energy to think about the issues our society faces. The District Judge race affects students more than anyone else, as they appear most frequently before the court, whether it be for summary citations, preliminary hearings, or landlord-tenant disputes.
