Recently in city of Surat (Gujarat, INDIA) a Diamond Industry owner gave away Houses and Cars worth of crores of rupees to hundreds of his company workers as Diwali Bonus. Quite an inspirational news, indeed ! This reminds me of the reality show Undercover Boss in which the boss of company goes undercover in his own company to know about his company from ground-level. And at the end appreciates hardworking workers of the company with awesome offers such as free vacation to another country, house, college fee, free franchise and the list goes on. Humanity rocks !
