Recently there has been lots of advocates calling for the breakup of this country into north and south, but what these advocates havent indicated is the criteria for this divide. Do we split along religious or ethnic lines? I say neither is possible. For those ignorant ones, states like borno, adamawa, taraba, bauchi, gombe and plateau have both Christian and muslim indigenous population, how do you divide it? Who do you drive out of the land? Ethnic divide is even more tasking, there are over 200 tribes in the north and each one has a claim to these land. So lets talk constructively please, I want to appeal to those Facebook trigger happy posters who have nothing constructive to say to please stay out. Floor is open.
