Recently there was a vandalism done to a home where serious damage could of been done to the people inside. They didnt have cameras, but the house across the street did. Unfortunately the cameras were not setup correctly. They captured the general figure of the person, but because the cameras were not setup correctly, the face of the person wasnt captured. Here are example of the strongest case I can present for cameras positioned in a way to recognize faces. As you will see, without correct placement of cameras, you might as well have none at all.
