Receptionist Vacancy - Seasonal Position Windermere Full time (37.5 Hours over 5 days) including weekends and Bank holidays. Salary £6.31p/h. Park Resorts - Limefitt Park, Troutbeck, Windermere. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our owners, holidaymakers & guests, ensuring they receive a personalised, efficient and consistent service on visiting the park. Key Responsibilities: Undertake Front of House procedures, ensuring up to date knowledge of the area at all times, in line with standards and expectations. Gain an understanding of & pro-actively work towards the achievement of any departmental financial & operational targets. Take ownership of and be responsible for the secure daily handling of monies and goods received (e.g. transferral of cash, receipt of parcels, handling of lost property etc.) Assist with the cashing up of the shop and reception till on a regular basis. Ensure that all holiday units are cleaned and maintained prior to the arrival of guests. Welcome all new arrivals onto the park and issue Welcome Packs to customers Maintain and update your knowledge of the parks and the facilities that the area offers in order to provide customers with a first class service. Participate in and be actively involved in promoting park facilities, products & activities. Skills Required: GCSE/O Level Maths (or equivalent) or high level numeracy skills. GCSE/O Level English (or equivalent) or high level literacy skills. Experience of handling customer enquiries and complaints. Previous experience within a customer facing role within the leisure and tourism industry. Cash handling experience desirable.
