Recipe Dip and nibbles 1C cottage cheese 1shallot , chopped 2tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 whole meal pita breads 2 carrots 1cucumber Pre heat oven 180 degrees Combine cottage cheese and shallots in blender until smooth( optional if you dont have blender) Add Italian herbs and pepper and stir through in a bowl til mixed well. Cut each pita bread in 8 wedges and put it on baking sheet. Bake for 7 mins until lightly brown. Divide dip into 2 portions and place in 2 small bowls. Cut up carrots and cucumber long ways and serve with pita bread and dip.
