Recipe for pico de gallo salsa - we serve this in pineapples or in cups for an excellent appetizer. Can also be served for dessert. 2 cups ripe mangos diced, 2 cups pineapple diced, 2 cups red and green peppers diced, 4 cups chopped roma tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Also add some herbs de provance (If you have it) I got mine directly from France compliments of my daughter). If you dont have it leave it out and add half teaspoon of ground tumeric I left out the onions because I hate raw onions. But you can add some chopped sweet red onions if you wish. Mix well and chill preferably overnight. What a delightful fruit dish for all occasions. I have a picture somewhere on this page.
