Recipe of the Day from Sarah Saionz, RD, LD TUNA TOASTS All you need:1 baguette, ¼ cup chopped sweet onion, 1 can chunk light tuna in water, drained, 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, ¼ cup chopped celery, 2 Tbsp. Light Italian dressing, ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. All you do: Preheat oven to 350F. Slice baguette into ½ inch slices. Place on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine tuna, celery, onion, parsley, dressing and cheese in a medium bowl. Turn each slice of toasted bread over and top with tuna mixture. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Nutrition Facts: 100 calories, 13g cho, 1g fiber, 1g fat, 8g pro, 270mg sodium
