Recipe of the day: Homemade chocolate ice cream #imakeiteasier Ingredients: 1. Condensed milk - 1can 2. Heavy cream - 2cups 3. Chocolate compound - 250gms Optional ingredients 1. Choco chips 2. Cookies 3. Roasted almonds or walnuts. Method: 1. Melt the chocolate compound on a double boiler make sure there are no lumps. 2. Mix the melted chocolate compound with the condensed milk. 3. Whip the heavy cream with the hand blender whipper and make sure the cream becomes light and stiff. 4. Followed by add the mixture of condensed milk and chocolate to the whipped cream, make sure you mix it well. 5. Set the mixture in any container( steel or plastic) overnight in the freezer and its ready.
