Recovery update: I had my two week follow-up with the surgeon yesterday. Everything is healing as it should and in two weeks I will be able to make some limited forays to church, etc. He is requiring more exercise, breathing expansion using a small device, and so forth. The only thing I dont like is he insisted I go back on pain pills. But I have to admit, it makes it easier to walk and get up off the chair without feeling like my sternum is going to fall apart, lol. Thanks again for the prayers and good thoughts.
