Recruitment Jr. Executive/Headhunter Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities: •Responsible for the sales and service of new, existing & potential customers. •To explore new business opportunities and expand the market. •Achieve revenue and profit margin targets for area of responsibility. •Submit relevant sales report on time. •Develop an up-to-date knowledge on the market demand, competition and prices. •Implement the sales and marketing plan. •Develop good Business Accounts(s) by telemarketing and maintain good relationship with existing clienteles. •Sourcing for suitable candidates locally and overseas to meet clients requirements. •Conduct interview, selection and do recommendation of potential candidates to client base on clients requirements. •Generate monthly sales and must be able to meet monthly sales target. •Identify candidates through Jobstreet and other sources. •Complete phone interview with candidates in a detailed and professional manner in order to effectively match candidates with requisitions. •Formulates job postings through online resources. •Completes requisition qualifications meetings with hiring manager as needed when directed. •Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities and benefits; making presentation; maintaining rapport. •Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules of hiring managers and candidates. •Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applications on consistent set of qualifications. •Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. •Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. •Required skill(s): Business Administration Skills, Recruitment Sourcing, Site Support •Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English •At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing and negotiating skills. •Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. •Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed multiple staff levels. •Must be proficient in MS Office applications and application tracking system. •Full-Time position(s) available.
