~Recruitment for Managers~ Responsibilities: •Head and manage the branch workshop and carryout the Company’s principal business. •Manage the workshop efficiently as an after sales support for Nissan, Toyota, Honda vehicles. •Provide customers with the highest standard of service. •Ensure customer requirement met and issues are address. •Maintain a high level of technical and competent staff. •Oversee day to day workshop operation. •Ensure quality policy and objectives are communicated through out workshop. •Identify training needs of workshop staff. •Check and monitor staff OT and attendance. •Ensure equipments and tools in good condition. •Oversee subordinate job/task./discipline. •Ensure effective implementation of QMS and other projects require to be implemented in the workshop or request and approve by the management. •Ensure workshop expenses within budget or under control. •Ensure workshop area clean and organize. •Strive to achieve all targets and objectives and to follows all policies set for the workshop by the management. Requirements: •Basic computer literacy. (Sterling 3S / Microsoft office etc) •Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its Equivalent. •Able to work independently. •Good interpersonal skills and able to communication well with staffs and customer. •3 years working experience as technician and 3 years in workshop executive capacity. •Able to provide leadership, supervision and delegation of work to staffs. •Independent and able to work under minimum supervision. •Have knowledge on car care product.
