Reed and Sedge warblers migrate from Africa and usually arrive in May they both like the same habitat which is dense reed beds with the odd bit of shrubbery there both very vocal and you usually hear them more than you see them, Since this leisure farm was built the reed and sedge warblers have nested on this reed bed island on a fishing lake where people can fish for the carp that live in there, i have been waiting for there return so i could try and get some footage of both birds, they are very tricky subjects to film or photograph as they only come to the edge of the reed beds on the od occasion, i did more scanning with my binoculars than i did filming ,but this it what i manged to achieve i shall be back to try for some better footage apically of the sedge warblers who are a little more shy
