Ive been questioning myself, my whole being, my personality and my whole inner life for YEARS. It took me a VERY long time to start and get to really know myself and my strengths better, and to be at the point where I am today where I am finally able to say: Hey, Im finally starting getting closer to find my true self and I kind of like myself the way that I am now, but to also know that its okay not to be okay, that the journey to become comfortable with ones self can be a struggle, but is also a beautiful one. This awakening at the start of the second verse... I felt exactly like that when I slowly started feeling better with myself. Besides all the fun we have while hanging out, besides all the random and funny text conversations, besides all the rocking out at gigs, when it comes down to really tell you why I love knowing you, I can say this: Your music and your lyrics guide me. They truly do. They guide me, and they have done so from the very beginning. They are like your hugs are, like all the words you say when we do have serious conversations every once in a while: Genuine. I find my (sometimes struggling) self in a lot of your songs and lyrics, and I feel a bit more understood. Really, thank you. I know you love doing this, I know its your dream and your calling to write music. But I really want you to know that you DO make a difference in a lot of peoples lives. You and your music made one of the biggest differences in mine. Besides loving all the work I can do, besides loving to support you in every way that I can, never forget this: YOU are an awesome artist. You make me WANT to support you, because I want more people to see, hear and feel your music like I have been able to for SIX YEARS now simply because I wanted to support this singer/songwriter lady I randomly stumbled upon on Youtube ages ago.
