Regarding the recent ridiculing avalanche in the virtual world against director Lingusamy’s interview on Anjaan in a TV show, director Venkat Prabhu has expressed his opinion on moviemaking and the audience on his personal Facebook page. Venkat Prabhu in his trademark witty style says, “Hehehe all you guys are so funny but no one makes sense!! Everything that matters to you is whether a movie is a hit or not!! If you guys are good audience why didnt you make Thanga Meengal a hit!!!?!???????? You can only troll us!! But what if we trolled you?!?! We make the movies for you!! We agree but why dont you make a good film a hit?!?” He also says that movie making is not as easy as it sounds, “Movie making is not as easy as you think guys!! We always do our best!!
