Regardless of your politics please share this with your friends; this is the federal government overreaching. If farmers are unable to work their land according to their needs they will not be able to produce the food that we eat on a daily basis and food prices will rise due to scarcity; such a scenario is frightening because the ruling would even affect ponds on private property and small gardens as well, any ditch that holds water would require permits and EPA oversight, it would be insane.
