Regine Velasquez-Alcasid at Sublian Festival by MB Entertainment July 23, 2014 The Kapuso Network’s contingent for this year’s Sublian Festival in Batangas will be led by no less than Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. Regine will sing for her Batangueño supporters at a Kapuso Fans’ Day to be held at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum on July 24. The event kicks off at 2 p.m. with performances from the cast of GMA afternoon drama series “Dading.” Taking the stage are Glaiza de Castro, Benjamin Alves, and RJ Padilla. Regine’s set will include a portion dedicated to singing aspirants who are to compete in a sing and look a la The Songbird contest. On July 29, the cast of “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real” will join the Parada at Sublian sa Kalye at 8 a.m. with Lovi Poe, Rodjun Cruz, Diva Montelaba, and Dominic Rocco boarding the Kapuso float. “For the past four years, the City of Batangas has been a supportive partner of GMA Regional TV.
