Regional Forecast from Met Éireann. Munster 16 September 2013- updated at 18:00 Today Showers soon becoming isolated and then dying out as the evening goes on. Strong west to northwest winds will moderate this evening also but it will remain rather cool. Tonight The early part of tonight will be dry and clear with westerly winds moderating further. However, cloud will soon increase and rain will spread east to affect all areas before morning, perhaps turning heavy near western coasts. Lowest temperatures 7 to 10 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow Rain continuing on Tuesday morning and for much of the afternoon also. During the evening, however, the rain will clear away southwards. Westerly winds will strengthen for a time in the south and west but moderate northwesterly breezes will develop generally later. Rather mild and humid until evening; highest temperatures 15 to 17 degrees Celsius. Marine Weather Warnings STATUS YELLOW Gale Warning West to northwest winds will reach gale force for a time overnight on Irish coastal waters from Erris Head to Malin Head to Carlingford Lough and the Irish Sea north of Anglesea.
