Reject corrupt lot to take credit of historic coalition decisions : Madan Akhnoor Oct. 21 : Former MP, Minister and Veteran Congress leader Shri Madan Lal Sharma in a statement advised not to give mandate to the corrupt faces of the Party to take credit of the historic decisions achieved by the Congress Ministers in the coalition government . He said that the coalition has taken land mark decisions but the corrupt faith of some of the politicians is giving a wrong message to the people as such it is mandatory on the part of the Party to reject such faces and give mandate to those on whom the communities have faith and can perform good on ground. Mr. Sharma said that Congress is the only party which has watched the interest of Jammu Region being a coalition partner and said that people will repose faith in Congress if corrupt faces are rejected and not given mandate . He said that Party should take feed back from the ground before deciding on mandates so that people who are busy in spooning and those who have no relevance are shown the doors. Mr. Sharma appealed the Congress high command, JKPCC President and leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha to involve more people who know the grass root situation in ticket distribution, so that it remain a realistic and fruitful exercise. He said that despite strengthening Jammu a permanent mechanism is required so that people of Jammu are never cheated. On Refugee issues he said that in a federal structure State Government has played its role and now it is the ball in the Centre’s coat. Mr. Sharma said that those terming coalition decisions on refugees a political gimmick are be-fooling the people as people know that Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister S. Manmohan Singh had asked the State Government to send the proposal but Kashmir Centric allocations could not made it happen but now this come true by the Congress pressure and agreed to the Refugees Package, as without it Government of India was not able to actually help Refugees. Ex-MP also addressed a series of Public meetings at Karthal ,Kathar, Keour in Akhnoor Constituency to campaign for Shri Sham Lal Sharma PHE Minister. Prominent among others accompanied him includes Baldev Raj Sharma, Working President, Krishan Lal Sarpanch, Chamail Singh, Shakti Ram, Subash Langer, Ashok Tinnu, Rattan Lal , Om Parkash, Govind Ram, Sai Dass, Col Karan Singh and many more.
