After hard work of making a decision, and asking to sell me one i chose, I was told: - sorry its the last one on display so I cannot sell it to you SHOCKINGLY the sales assistant just wanted to walk away from the SALE. WTF ? I asked him can you give me a solution to this problem with sale ? He goes what solution I had to teach him how to do CUSTOMER SERVICE at this point. I suggested that at this point he should offer me alternative laptop or redirect me to a different store where its still available. He could find the store, but he couldnt find address for it. Just said it was in Salford. OK. My job now is to turn this rejection into a POSITIVE outcome. Well. At least he wasnt sales-y or push-y LOL..
