Releasing Energy Vampires (empower yourself!) Energy Vampires are more prevalent than just the people that hold us hostage by making us listen to their problems. They are the situations that we get caught up in and feel helpless to control. They are long meetings, long winded bosses, people who move very slow and deliberate in line because they feel validated on some level by holding us up. They are those individuals who so painstakingly want a bit of our attention but dont seem to be aware enough or able to reciprocate. They are the long phone calls, the barrage of businesses savvy at getting our attention, they are the misguided well doers that want to make certain we do what is morally right in their mind. They are also those that know how to pull at our heart strings and simply anyone or anything that leaves us feeling a little depleted or less fulfilled. Who hasnt gone out shopping and came home just exhausted beyond all rationale? Who hasnt wanted to donate to a cause and felt like they lost a little piece of themselves in the process? Its time to get all your energy back and put yourself together! (say each statement 3 times while tapping on your head and say it a 4th time while tapping on your chest) I know the tendency is to do the ones that sound interesting. But this is a whole protocol that works to comb through all aspects of the issue. Simply doing the ones one likes is not as effective as doing them all. The mind has many ways to sabotage. I release being energetically raped; in all lifetimes I release energetically raping others in all lifetimes I release being an energy vampire in all lifetimes I release falling prey to energy vampires; in all lifetimes I release being at the mercy of energy vampires; in all lifetimes I release the fear of saying no; in all lifetimes I release the fear of offending; in all lifetimes I release the need to keep up appearances; in all lifetimes I see through the facade of all energy vampires; in all lifetimes I recant all vows and agreements between myself and all energy vampires; in all lifetimes I remove all curses between myself and all energy vampires; in all lifetimes I dissolve all karmic ties between myself and all energy vampires; in all lifetimes I remove all the pain, burden, limitations and weakness that all energy vampires have put on me; in all lifetimes I remove all the pain, burden, limitations and weakness I have put on all others as an energy vampire; in all lifetimes I take back all the Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Health, Success, Security, Companionship, Creativity, Peace. Life, Wholeness and Enthusiasm that all energy vampires have taken from me; in all lifetimes I withdraw all my energy from all energy vampires in all lifetimes I give back all that I have taken from all others as an energy vampire in all lifetimes I repair and fortify my Wei Chi; in all lifetimes I remove all energy vampires from my sound frequency; in all lifetimes I remove all energy vampires from my Light body; in all lifetimes I release resonating with energy vampires; in all lifetimes I release emanating with energy vampires; in all lifetimes I shift my paradigm from all energy vampires to Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Life, Wholeness and enthusiasm; in all lifetimes I Am centered and empowered in Divine Light, Love, Sound, Healing, Health, Joy, Beauty, Abundance, Freedom and Enthusiasm. There are so many who are naive to the energetic interactions at play in life. That is okay. Some things are best left NOT scrutinized. But here is a golden opportunity to stay pleasantly ignorant of the ugly underbelly of society while still benefiting from the efforts of others. This is a great opportunity.
