Remember shortly after Barry got elected for the first time, he cancelled finishing the remaining (I cant remember if it was one or three) ABM (anti-ballistic missile) base(s) that would have put up a missile defense shield protecting the U.S. West coast from an ICBM attack from either N. Korea or even China? Do you also remember right after that announcement N. Korea started making seemingly serious threats at launching at us? Remember also that Barry suddenly did a reversal, ordering that it be completed? Then just when it looked like it was going to be finished in fairly short order he then announced that of course we would have to take time (at least another year) for the environmental impact study to be completed before the project could proceed and be brought on line! I have been trying for months to find out if it was ever finished or if after the heat died down he secretly cancelled it once again--to no avail. Does anyone know about this?
