Remember that you can still keep your body moving forward even without a gym! When traveling during the holiday season you can still get a great workout in with just a resistance band and bodyweight :) Example exercises: Band high pulls, band front raises, band pull aparts, bodyweight squats, push-ups, static stretching, soft tissue work. Dont travel without these things: Resistance band, Lax Ball, water jug.
