Remember where you heard it first: Arrests Made in East Marshall Street Homicide The U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force and Richmond Police officers have arrested three men in connection to Tuesday night’s homicide in Jackson Ward. Just before 11 p.m. Tuesday, officers received a call for a person down in an alley in the 00 block of East Marshall Street. Officers arrived on scene within minutes and found Jett Higham, 18, of the 100 block of West Clay Street, suffering from a gunshot wound. He died at the scene. After speaking with individuals in the area, officers broadcast possible suspect descriptions and two individuals were spotted and detained within 15 minutes. A third suspect was also identified and arrested late Wednesday night. Detectives have charged Myles Q. Sanders, 20, of the 100 block of East Clay Street (mugshot attached); Billy W. Reynolds, 18, of the 2100 block of Dinwiddie Avenue (mugshot attached); and a 16-year-old juvenile male with one count each of conspiracy to commit murder. Detectives believe robbery was the motive.
