Remember, you all have that great physique underneath the layer of body fat. Just look at an anatomy chart. You too have every single one of those muscles. If you cant see it, that is because your layer of body fat maybe too high. Its just a matter of connecting with your body, nourishing it, stimulating it, and letting it come out and reveal itself over time through consistent effort training daily and fuelling it with nutrient dense whole foods.
