Remembering that I actually had to explain to a VCU doctorate political science history instructor what a gross construct (an anatomical term) was. He actually giged me on a paper for using the term and referring to a corporate body, calling itself a government, as a gross construct with the unit pattern (the cell) being autonomous yet a slave to the larger organism. He actually thought I meant ew gross. Speaks to how low he viewed his students I guess.
